Our client is a leading supplier of Diagnostic / Medical Imaging solutions – Radiology – RIS/PACS. They provide solutions to private and public radiology practices and hospitals, improving their medical images, workflows and data.. They are renowned for their healthcare solutions in the Healthcare domain globally with an exceptional track record in the Australian and New Zealand marketplace. With a comprehensive suite of software and services this is an excellent opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager to join the team!
The Customer Success Manager is part of the leadership team. In this challenging and exciting opportunity, the CSM will be wearing many hats overseeing a portfolio of clients and assisting with their health, satisfaction, retention and growth. You will be involved with setting up account plans, identify risks, manage any support escalations, manage forecasting funnel, meet/exceed gross retention and upsell targets. You will coach and mentor CSMs, engage directly with clients, assist with complex contract renewals in collaboration with the Sales team and ensuring ARR continues to grow.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Degree in Computer Science / Technology
Solid experience as a Customer Success Manager
Experience in Healthcare, Radiology, RIS/PACS, EMR, HL7, DICOM etc.
Ability to solve complex problems along with strong stakeholder engagement skills to work with Healthcare “C” level executives.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders on the customer side
Strong Leadership Skills
Experience with medical imaging modalities including MRI, CT, PET, ultrasound, mammography, nuclear medicine, interventional radiology and general x-ray
